What are your candles made of? +

Each Dune Candle Co. candle is hand-poured in small batches using a clean-burning coconut-soy wax blend, pure essential oils, and wooden wicks that create a soft crackle when lit. The candles also feature raw amethyst crystals I personally mined here in Arizona — a natural, grounding touch that makes each one unique.

Are your candles non-toxic and eco-friendly? +

Yes! Every ingredient is thoughtfully sourced to ensure a safe, clean burn. Our candles are free of paraffin, dyes, and harsh chemicals, and our vessels are reusable or recyclable. The wooden wicks are sustainably sourced and create minimal soot when properly trimmed.

Why does my candle look slightly different from the photos? +

Because each candle is hand-poured and features natural materials, slight variations in color, crystal placement, or texture are completely normal. This is part of what makes every Dune Candle Co. candle one-of-a-kind.

Can I reuse my candle jar? +

Absolutely! Once your candle has finished burning, simply place the jar in the freezer for a few hours — the remaining wax will pop right out. Wash with warm, soapy water and repurpose it for plants, makeup brushes, crystals, or keepsakes.

Do you offer custom or wholesale orders? +

Yes! We love creating custom candles for real estate client gifts, weddings, and special events. We also offer wholesale partnerships for boutiques and gift shops. Please reach out via our Contact page for details and pricing.

Delivery & Processing +

All candles are carefully packaged and typically ship within 3–5 business days of your order. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.
Please note: During busy seasons or high-volume launches, processing times may vary slightly as each candle is still made and packed with care.

Refunds & Exchanges: +

Because each candle is handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns. However, your happiness matters deeply.
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll gladly make it right.
Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure every customer experience reflects the heart of Dune Candle Co.
